Dear Sisters,
We are concerned about the situation in the Americas and Asia. From the news and the radio we are learning how the bug is progressing. We are also concerned about so many resurgences in Europe. WE PRAY A LOT FOR ALL, particularly for the sisters who are in quarantine or sick.
In Burkina Faso and Mali, the situation seems to be under control with respect to COVID-19 or at least is not worsening. But at the social, political and security level it is worrying: attacks, demonstrations, revolts, increase of internally displaced persons with all that this entails in terms of poverty?
We are all fine, thank God. In Burkina Faso, classes were resumed in almost all schools and universities (some on May 11 and others on June 1) and we are now almost at the end of the school year, with only a few final exams left. Let us give thanks to God for everything.
We are very close to all of them and we pray a lot for all of them.
