The Spanish film production tells the story of Santa Vicenta María, a woman dedicated to helping, educating and promoting decent work for women. The international launch took place this week in Rome. It opens in Spain on March 24, during the month traditionally dedicated to women.

With great affection, Spanish actress Cristina González del Valle, who plays St. Vicenta Maria, foundress of the Religious of Mary Immaculate (RMI), in the film “The Servant”, presented the first copy of the film to Pope Francis. It happened after the General Audience on Wednesday, February 15, in the Paul VI Hall of the Vatican. González del Valle also gave her a hug from the entire film crew and, in particular, from the director Pablo Moreno and the nuns of the congregation.
