“The JVM group from Lisbon, together with more than 2000 young people from the Eu Acredito movement, went on pilgrimage to Fatima.
Together with the movement Eu Acredito, the JVM group from Lisbon went on pilgrimage to Fatima, to participate in the celebration of the Centenary of the Apparitions of Our Lady and the Canonization of the shepherds, Francisco and Jacinta Marto, with the presence of Pope Francis.
We left at dawn, we felt the hardness of the road and the joy of arrival, who knows that the pilgrims of Fatima have the wind for handles and the length for song. They have the conversion by road and the burning price by map. São filhos de uma promessa que se cumple dentro da vida.
There, little ones in the midst of that immense multitude, we were impressed by the silence of contemplation, a multitude to pray together with Pope Francis, who never tired of repeating that “we have a Mother” and asked us that “under the protection of Mary, let us be, in the world, sentinels of the dawn who know how to contemplate the true face of Jesus the Savior, the one that shines in Easter, and to discover anew the young and beautiful face of the Church, which shines when it is missionary, welcoming, free, faithful, poor in means and rich in love.”
