From the four countries that make up the province, on December 9, all the capitular sisters gathered at the House of Buenos Aires to travel together to the Quinta Nazareth, belonging to the Servants of Jesus in the Sacrament, in the outskirts of the city; beginning the celebration of our XVI Provincial Chapter.
The first day was a day of retreat, of preparation, in which Fr. Alfonso (facilitator) invited to ask intensely for Consolation, to learn to receive it and to take care of it; to pay attention to the visits of God; “we come to the Chapter to let ourselves be guided by the Holy Spirit, to become indifferent, to want what God wants, allowing Him to speak to us in reality“
The day ended with the Eucharist invoking the Holy Spirit and the signs that preside the assembly these days were moved in procession to the chapter hall: a lighted lamp, the Word, and the Relic of St. Vicenta Maria.
On the morning of the 11th, the work began in the chapter hall with a prayer full of symbols, motivated by our sisters of the Provincial Council, we entered into this experience with a gesture of anointing, having as an inspiring principle that of CLAR: “Women of the dawn”. We give thanks for so much life and for how much the Lord allows us to experience as an instrument in his hands, from the place in which it is our turn to be and to live.
Relying on the Grace of the Lord and the presence of Mary in our chapter community, we trust in her prayers, so that in everything we may seek His Will, and allow ourselves to be guided by His Spirit who blows where and how He wills.
