The idea of making “Masks” arose when we heard the call that there was a need for masks for nursing homes and somewhere else. In the community there are elderly sisters, and in this period we wanted to collaborate, but we did not know how… so we decided to get down to work and work together… some cut, others ironed, others removed basting, and well, we have already distributed about one hundred and fifty more or less. We have distributed them to two homes for the elderly that we had learned about through the relationship of a girl who works there with the sister of the Social Center and this afternoon 60 to an Immigration Center that there are 60 immigrant children and did not have, the truth that is helping us to unite and raise awareness of the situation so strong that we are living, at eight o’clock in the evening we went to the balconies to clap and join the whole neighborhood.
