Today, November 9, we celebrate in Granada, the 125th anniversary of the presence of the Congregation in that city. Stella Iglesias, who was born 125 years ago.
At 12:00 noon in the Church of the Jesuits, the Archbishop of Granada, Archbishop José M. Gil Tamayo, presided at the Eucharist concelebrated by eight priests.
RMI, MOLAVIM and other lay women from the communities of Almeria, Malaga, Seville, Cordoba, Murcia and Sister Marta Menendez, were present. As well as a good number of girls, schoolgirls, relatives and friends of the house.
After the Eucharist, all those present were able to share in a relaxed atmosphere, a fraternal meal.
A family day, where the joy of the meeting, the gratitude for so much good shared from the charism and the constant and discreet presence of Sister Stella, made it possible for everyone to return home with a fully grateful heart.
125 years of presence in Granada, Spain and 125 years of Sr. Stella’s birth
